Seminar on Youth Worker Competences
The seminar on Youth Worker Competence Development Pathways, Validation and Recognition is part of the Awero Erasmus+ accreditation programme, which aims to improve the quality of youth work training and recognition within the European Training Strategy (ETS) model for youth workers working internationally.
It brings Awero Accreditation partners, such as the Cities of Learning Network members, National Youth Work Associations and other institutions which are interested in the quality of youth work education and training pathways, validation and recognition of youth worker competencies.
What can you expect?

- Understanding the competence-based approach in youth work training and

- Idea sharing on how to implement the youth work competence validation
- in a specific country context.
- Getting familiar with how to use digital platforms, badges, and

- New contacts and networking with youth work and training organisation
- which care about youth work professionalisation and recognition.
